About the Recipe
Another weeknight dish that is infinitely customisable to your tastes, this broccoli and sausage dish comes together in under 30 minutes and is guaranteed to fill you up!

Ingredients
1 head broccoli cut into florets
1 packet sausages (given this has very few ingredients its better to use better quality sausages if you can)
Pasta
Salt, pepper, garlic and chilli
A small quantity of oil
Preparation
Whilst the pasta is boiling, remove the skins from your sausages. Then add oil to your pan and add your sausage once its hot. Only add a small amount of oil as the sausages will release their own fat. Add your garlic and seasoning after around 2-3 minutes.
After around 5 mins of your sausages cooking, add your broccoli. At this point hopefully your pasta will be almost cooked. Remove the pasta slightly early and add it to your pan then pour a touch of the pasta water in the pan and scrape with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula to avoid scratching the surface. This will deglaze the pan and elevate the sauce! Once the pasta has finished cooking in the pan you're ready to plate and serve!
