My passion 

 

 

My journey into cooking began out of necessity when I first got to university, driven by the desire for tasty yet budget-friendly meals. Now, it's become my greatest passion.

Cooking exclusively in a student kitchen so far does have its quirks – trust me, I’ve wrestled with temperamental ovens and limited space. With a little bit of patience you can often overcome these challenges and I hope my experience provides you with the confidence to try!

Growing up in diverse countries like Senegal, South Africa, South Korea, Italy and the UK has enriched my perspective. I believe cooking can be considered a window into a culture and I hope therefore to take you on a culinary journey around the world.

My cooking philosophy is therefore open-minded, embracing creativity and experimentation. Sometimes, but hopefully increasingly rarely, this does mean that I have pushed ingredients slightly too far  and created something which was not the most appetising. Do not fret though, everything on this website is absolutely delicious!

From my most creative dishes for the keenest food enthusiasts, to the most straightforward recipes for those just getting started on this journey, I’ve included something for everyone!
