About the Recipe
An easy dish that draws upon flavours from across the Mediterranean with tzatziki inspired yoghurt, pita bread, chorizo and crunchy potatoes for a spicy concoction that comes together in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
2 large potatoes
1/2 a chorizo
1/2 standard size greek yoghurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic grated, or 2 finely chopped
2 pita breads
1/2 onion
Preparation
Cut the chorizo however you would like, add to a fry pan and lightly fry for around 2-3 minutes.
For the potato: grate the potato, add a pinch of salt and roughly pat try after. Then slice your onions very thin (should ideally be roughly the size of the potato). Add both to a frying pan with a generous quantity of oil and the leftover chorizo fat. Leave for around 5 mins before checking how brown the bottom is getting, and, depending on preference remove.
Heat your pita, mix the yoghurt, lemon, garlic and a pinch of salt, then combine all the elements to serve!
