About the Recipe
This is something my family used to do quite often especially when we were in South Africa.
Finding steak is not particularly difficult whereas finding meat that has been cut into the specific Korean bbq style is. Therefore this is an alternative to allow you to experience all the joys of a Korean bbq without breaking the bank and by using ingredients largely available.

Ingredients
For the sauce
1 large tablespoon gochujang
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Pinch of sesame seeds
Sliced green part of spring onion (optional)
1 steak (frozen and thawed for around 1h before slicing as thinly as possible)
Iceberg lettuce (as much as you want)
Preparation
Once all your ingredients are prepped all there is to do is to mix the sauce then fry your thin slices of beef. To serve, you add your slice of beef to the lettuce (you can add rice, kimchi, etc) and then add some gochujang and wrap up the contents then eat in one massive bite!
