About the Recipe
I was between lectures around 3 in the afternoon when I had to make something for lunch when I made this dish and I think that it is something that is becoming increasingly popular to do.
It is a fusion dish which combines the best of bacon, eggs and instant noodles which makes for a really delicious and surprisingly easy dish.

Ingredients
1 packet instant noodles
2-3 spring onions, sliced
2 bacon rashers per portion
Handful of beansprouts (optional)
1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
Preparation
Boil the noodles according to package instructions for around 1 minute under what is recommended.
Drain your noodles, add your spring onions, peanut butter and the seasoning then just before serving add your beansprouts and top with spring onions.
Top with a slice of bacon or finely chop your bacon and mix into the noodles when frying.
